His practice focuses on providing advice on all kinds of tax issues that require a multidisciplinary knowledge of the law, with special emphasis on permanent advice to large companies and their shareholders, generating a relationship of trustworthy advice and consultancy. Carolina also has extensive experience in administrative litigation matters, having successfully handled emblematic and well-known proceedings. During recent years it has had a strong presence in the public world, having participated in the design and negotiation of the most significant and complex tax laws. She has been a university professor in Tax Law, a panelist and speaker at various legal seminars on tax matters, and a member of various transversal commissions that have carried out relevant public policy proposals. Carolina has been consistently recognized in national and international publications, by clients and her peers, as a leading lawyer in her field.
