Her practice focuses on providing advice on all types of tax issues that require multidisciplinary knowledge of the law, with special emphasis on permanent advice to large companies and their shareholders, generating a trustworthy advisory and consulting relationship. Carolina also has extensive experience in administrative litigation matters, having successfully handled emblematic and well-known proceedings. During recent years it has had a strong presence in the public world, having participated in the design and negotiation of the most significant and complex tax laws. She has been a university professor in Tax Law, a panelist and speaker at various legal seminars on tax matters, and a member of various transversal commissions that have carried out relevant public policy proposals. Carolina has been permanently recognized in national and international publications, by clients and her peers, as a leading lawyer in her area.
